31st Thuringia State Philatelic Gathering

The municipality of St. Nikolaus in the Saarbrücken region celebrates its 750th anniversary this year. The German Post marks the event by a commemorative postmark in use on 13 June 2020.

The postmark shows St. Nicholas holdeng the town’s Coat of Arms with a Lion Rampant.

The German Post takes part in the 31st Thuringia State Philatelic Gathering with a commemorative postmark showing the Thuringia CoA with its Crowned Lion Rampant.

The event takes place in the Vereinsheim (Community Centre), Breite Str. 3 / Ecke Eisenacher Str., 99084 Erfurt-Schmira on 18 April 2020.
